Vetdiet® adult cat chicken formula is formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Cat Food Nutrient Profiles for the maintenance of adult cats.
Feed according to the age, size, and activity level of your cat. Feed at room temperature and refrigerate unused portion. Make sure your cat always has access to fresh water.
Adult: Feed ¾ can per 6-8 lb (2.5 to 3.5 kg) of body weight per day.
The switch needs to be gradual. Start the transition by feeding your pet a picture containing 75% of the old food and 25% Vetdiet. Then, over 7 to 10 days increase the relative proportion of Vetdiet pet food until the transition is complete.
